These unicorns are very special - they are available FCFS, just by asking, however they must be used on the RP site, Sanqtauri . These are a special breed of unicorn that come from a war-torn land - each would have it's own story and background, so please don't adopt one simply to let it rot in your gallery, or to use simply as a breeder :/To read the entire breedsheet/info on the Lustre, click HERE . For now, you need to be a member to see the info tho

just a quick question. Is there a limit to the royal lustre's or can anyone make a royal? just something that sounds like it would be harder to create.

They're free to make, but with extreme liberation, as most of the royals were likely killed during the war, or were otherwise incapacitated
There will be a plot in which a royal foal was meant to be raised by some refugees in the hopes of it restoring order to the kingdom, but it's still a thing in progress xD

I'm checking out the site now. Is there specifics with naming them? I notice they have unusual and unique names (very fitting) and I want to make sure I keep with that.

Nothing in particular - just avoid long shownames and such xD Fantasy-type names are probably best, however simple one-word names work too - we have a stallion named Hunter frolicking about, and he fits in just fine

Sorry for all the questions, but when they hide their horns, do they hide the colours in their mane/tails and around their eyes?

No worries, tis a good question
When they put the hiding spell on, their horns disappear completely, but their coloured markings never completely go - that's why the spell has a second effect - one that hides the Sanqt and the associated colours from other Lustre unicorns.
So essentially - till Lustre Unicorn A feels comfortable enough around Lustre Unicorn B, B will only see A as a regular horse, but any other creature (ie: regular horses, humans, even other unicorn breeds) will be able to see the Sanqt.

Yes, the eye colour changes, though a hint of the original colour can still be seen. When the Lustre feels extreme emotion, the spell may crack a bit, leaving their eye colour to shine through.

Hmmm...I've been looking for a RP opportunity.
Can you tell me a little bit more about what's going on in the world and/or about the breed before I look into joining?

Essentially the RP is about a race of unicorns that lived in relative harmony till one day a war broke out. Some unicorns stayed to fight, while majority of the population turned into refugees, fleeing the land and either integrating into wild herds or making themselves at home in unsuspecting stables. The refugees all hide their true identities, hiding their horns and distinctive 'Sanqt' eye markings from others of their race, as they can't be sure who is safe and who isn't.
So the RP essentially plays to all these different possible plotlines xD We have a section for the actual world of Sanqtauri, and the 'new world', which is where the refugees went. We also have a section for stables to be set up - where people can bring their HARPG stable in, or start up an entirely new one - for the newly domesticated unicorns to exist in.
