Ah, lookie here, another Sonic OC!

Anyway, I decided to redraw Comet Starlie again because I really do like her design and personality. Line art was too thick on her head but oh well, I'm still very rusty with my art as I have not been drawing for quite some time, yikes do you get rusty. Anyway, it looks decent and I really do like the cell shading so I'm sticking to that.
You can still see my lovely trademark style however, and I made her fur a little more blue so it's similar to Chett's (still remember him? Boy it's been a long time).

I also gave her a Yo-Yo because I screwed up her hand.

She is really good at drawing, and carries a sketchbook everywhere. Shes also rather fast with a good amount of endurance thanks to her active lifestyle. Her unnatural positive outlook tends to help her from becoming too upset, and easily cheers up those around her.

Weaknesses:
She sadly did not inherent any psychic abilities from her mother. Due to her optimism, she has trouble sympathizing with upset people. She can be rather clumsy, tripping herself up often
