Iron Man and cast belong to Marvel and Disney

Time to go on about some changes for Marvel peeps, starting with our beloved tech hero dude in the shining red and gold armor

General Changes
-Amalgamations of their best traits
-Changed timeline to streamline events and such
-Crossover relations and whatnot

Tony Stark / Iron Man
-MCU Characterization, though he goes through the Demon in a Bottle Story Arc among other comic stories
-Made a mix of classic armors, MCU armors, and other universe versions
-He initiated Civil War to take revenge on James Barnes after learning he was involved in the death of his parents, though he comes to regret it and such
-No death/clone bodies like in the comics

James Rhodes / War Machine
-As in Main Marvel, he was once just an assistant, later temporarily took up the mantle of Iron Man, then gained the War Machine Armor
-Like with Tony, no deaths or cloning. Also no crippling like the MCU
-As part of Crossover stuff, he's a member of the Brotherhood of Steel (Fallout)

Pepper Potts / Rescue / Iron Maiden
-Has the Rescue Armor and moniker earlier, though is also under the codename "Iron Maiden" and stuff
-Gets with Tony

Bethany Cabe
-Loyal guard to Stark Industries
-Retains the War Machine 2.0 Monikor and armor

Riri Williams / Ironheart
-While she starts off as the cocky version, her Latverian invasion ends in abject failure. Though Doctor Doom spares her and then she reflects on her attitude
-Never "replaces" Tony
-May potentially gain her Wakanda Forever stuff as upgrades? IDK
-Instead of the Champions, she's part of the Young Avengers

Toni Yinsen
-She'll eventually meet Stark, initially hostile she'll make up to him after learning more about the circumstances of her father
-May change her armor and moniker idk
-Her ship will be changed to another lass

Mandarin
-Classic Mandarin and Gene Khan exist
-Armored appearance as in that Cartoon
-Classic Mandarin is alive but working from the shadows while Gene's sorta taking a slightly more heroic approach to the mantle

Stark Brothers (Arno and Gregory)
-They're included in the main universe and aren't secret siblings
-Arno has traits from the classic version of Iron Man 2099 and also doesn't go through that entire event that leaves him trapped in a simulation
-Gregory was involved with making Iron Patriot (Norman Osborn) and later becomes Superior Ironman
