Basis: Arbiter(Halo 2, Halo 5)
One of the greatest Sangheili of his generation, he was an honored Covenant Ship Master until his kind's first encounter with the Halo Rings, coveted by the Covenant, but was prevented by various forces fighting them. Shamed after being repelled and the ring being destroyed, he became the by then dishonored title of the Arbiter, but he would eventually unravel the lies of the Prophets.
Now the leader of the Sangheili, he's become a notable figure in Galactic history and famous for his "Prophet's Bane" energy sword, which assists him in weaving a way for his people to get out from the lies of the Covenant...
