Shinji Matou and FATE belong to Type Moon

Basis:

Personality: Shinji Matou(Hollow Ataraxia)

Appearance: Shinji Matou(Fate Stay Night/Hollow Ataraxia, Capsule Servant, etc)

Backstory:

Shinji Matou... born and raised under horrid circumstances. The Matou were one of the older families, and one of Mages, but ruled with a cruel iron grip by their patriarch and ancestor, Zouken. However in the modern era they began to dwindle out. Notably Shinji, despite his heritage, was born with low capacity for magecraft. However due to circumstances surrounding the 4rth Holy Grail War, Shinji, his father and Zouken would be brought a new face into their home; Sakura.

Zouken and his father focused his "teaching" to Sakura, and eventually Shinji grew to be bitter and repressed, taking out his anger on Sakura, who rather than defend herself took it with her strong will; after all, she needed to persevere, and this was in a way all Zouken's doing.

As they grew up, Shinji's father would pass, as for himself, Shinji would grow to have an open crush on the superior Magus and School idol, Rin Tohsaka, and developed an odd sort of friendship with the similarly odd but handy young man, Shirou Emiya.

As the 5th Holy Grail War started, Shinji was handed the reigns to Sakura's servant, Rider Medusa, and participated in the war, albeit on the backfoot due to his low capabilities.

However traumatic events would lead to him losing said power and for him to be... drained during the events. Despite surviving the war and now freed of Zouken, Shinji was in a dark place.... until he met an unlikely teacher who would help him gain skills he couldn't with magecraft. Now revitalized, he's somewhat rekindled his friendship with Shirou, and is somewhat a partner to his heroics on occasion, but still more than fine with letting Sakura take care of him...
