Yep, well, There's a buncha old ones and then there's a set from a user I blocked so
here's me own take on... the Tamer and Digimon Partner template
So you have:
-A slot for the Tamer, prolly an OC or some person from a media
-Main Forms slots, mainly for Rookie, Champion, Ultimate and Mega forms, tho I guess I didn't label it so it could be whatever main forms you wish
and then an Extra slot for other forms, I guess like an alternate version of one of the forms like an alternate Mega version, or maybe even a further form
so yeah, feel free to use this
