I've actually only seen the anime, even though I do own the Kurosawa version; blasphemy, I know (though the anime series is excellent, if you haven't seen it). But if I had to say, from left to right I'd identify them as Heihachi, Shichiroji, Kyuzo, Kambei (in the middle as the leader), Kikochiyo, Gorobei and Katsushiro. You made some cool designs here. That's the Tokugawa clan sigil on the green one, correct?Β

My favorite character in the anime was Heihachi. Loved the little ghost on his sword. I'd almost like to do something like that with mine.Β 

Knew about the Tokugawa symbol mostly thanks to Tecmo Koei's Samurai Warriors series. They're excellent games, and got me interested in studying the actual history behind the Sengoku Era. Also a big fan of the Shinto pantheon. Very interesting deities and demons in Japanese culture.Β
