The dead pass a disease on to the living when they die. An extremely contagious disease that you can never cure. Called, emotion. At first, I was able to burn through it, and shove it off in my quest for revenge. But as the bodies began to count higher, so did the tension and emotional stress I was attempting to hold back. Even though they were ruthless criminals under the influence of a powerful entity, I couldn't help but feel some sort of emotion -untill the reservoir of emotion I was holding back broke open, and everything came crashing down like an anvil. I didn't ask for any of this. I didn't ask to be a murderer. I didn't want to endure this. If I ever die, bury me as far away from anywhere and anything possible. Erase my existance that I was ever alive. I didn't ask for any of this. I simply wanted to be left alone. Don't you know... that even the most merciless of people have emotion?
