I don't even know what I'd charge for something like this. It's more detailed and effects heavy than what I normally do, I spent like a week on it ah ha...

Me either, but I'm guessing like 50 at the very least.
Also have to take into account what minimum wage per hour is... I dunno that.

Honestly, you're probably talking USD as well, which $50 USD converts to roughly $63 CDN. Eh, seems fair enough considering my skill in drawing/painting backgrounds isn't the greatest!
