100 Day Character Style Drawing Challenge Day 34: Can't Reach

....Am I going to get in trouble for this?? ....Is this going to attract a whole bunch of requests I don't want to deal with on here??

Well, luckily I actually STINK at drawing feet, so I'm probably safe... Remember how I said earlier, I'm a sucker for foreshortening, but also stink at foreshortening?? Case in point! To be fair though, I think the ankle is the main problem here... I think I actually did a decent job on the toes, but the lack of ankle (especially at that back) makes it look cartoony

That being said... This feels too relatable... I understand Rei... Growing old and getting stiff stinks -_- It's okay... We can grow old togeth-- ON SECOND THOUGHT NEVERMIND! LET'S JUST DO DAILY STRETCHES YA?

Lately I've been working on a 100 day Character Style Drawing Challenge. The rules (were) simple.

1. Every day draw a character in the style you are aiming for using a single artists' works for reference

That being said, after 20 days of an incredibly depressing lack of progress I ended up refining the rules a bit to make it a bit more focused. As such I am going to keep drawing THE SAME character every day for the 100 days hopefully refining them into a style I can be happy with.

Honestly, since making this change I've noticed significant improvement and I've come to understand a lot of the art theory I knew of before a lot better. Not sure how well this knowledge will transfer to OTHER characters, or if I'm shooting myself in the foot in the long run, but for the time being I'm sticking with these rules!
