I made a few more tweaks on how I draw Makku's wings, this time crossing the concepts of dragonfly AND butterfly wings and throwing in some space nebulas for a nice glow effect.

Still not "perfect" yet (not sure if my art ever will be in my eyes) but I think this is MUCH closer to the effect I was going for. Let me know what you think! (Been working on a kind of ambitious project with Makku for testing out costumes for the past two months and this is part of that project. I'm making progress so hopefully we'll be having a Makku fashion show soon)
