I used the skull of a fox to start the whole thing.
I'm planning to keep on doing all the eevee evolutions.

Why are there two sets of weights and heights for each?

It's because the UK/US measurements are different from the European, in the first case you have inches and pounds, in the second kilograms and meter =3
So, the two sets of weights and heights tell the same data, just with different units.

Anyway, thanks. This pic is an experiment, to me Eevee is a fox and its evolution follows that line, but with some Pokemons you really can't say what they are for sure. For example, Espeon is SO cat-like, it looks like a lynx.
I think it's mostly because the overall Pokemon character design, almost everything is so round and smooth to create a cute look. So you get pushed-in snouts most of the times which doesn't look like canine at all.
But, well, yes, Jolteon looks more canine than the others due to its overall body structure. To me it looks less flexible and that fits dog-like species.

Well...anyway, I am a huge fan of Jolteon and I always believe it too be a dog only species. Too me it doesn't fit in with the other eeveelutions do to it's canine like traits.

That's neat, although why did you use a fox skull? Foxes have very long snouts, while Eeveelutions have very pushed-in faces.

I used a fox skull because to me eevee is definitely a fox. Almost all pokemons are based on true animals but due to give them a cute look they have a rounder design (expecially on the heads). Even Meowth is a cat but has almost no snout! =3

I made it more hydrodynamic and added the structure for the gills. If it reminds you of a fish, it means I've done a good job! =3
