Description:
Looks like im back on a Bullet craze!
I got the pose in this pic from a googled image (will add link)
The wall and ground are from textureking.com
This pic was also a little experiment in highlights reflecting background color.
The fiery orange color and sparkling embers are supposed to suggest fire in the picture off camera.
No lyrics in this pic surprisingly... maybe later >.>
The gun was drawn via reference from a BB gun i bought at a local flea market. IT SAVED MY LIFE IN THIS PIC!!!

UPDATE (9/10): Added fire and smoke to the right side, may or may not keep it that way

UPDATE (9/18): darkened the shadows, by popular demand

It's so amazing how you do your furries. Truly spectacular.
You keep the animal element but still show the distinct human part. If you were to remove the animal part of the character you'd still be able to recognize him, and vice versa.
So well done!

Amazing job with the action that he's running into (or away from, more likely)! I also enjoy the fire and it's effect on the setting, as well as the faded graffiti on the concrete wall!

This is beyond dudeness! (Got that word from my brother XD) That pose is so full of action and I love his expression The shadows and lighting makes the picture all the more irresistible to click on in thumbnail view And dude. the gun looks perfect. thanks so much! i went back in and edited the shadows, glad to know they look good now! about the gun, i'd highly suggest buying a cheap little bb gun at a flea market for reference. that way u never have to worry about google-ing pictures that are at the right angle and perspective. Thanks again!

I got a little realistic toy gun somewhere, don't know if people even use those kind anymore. It looks like a little western gun, I dunno. I know nothing about them so no tellin. I guess learning more about guns will help me draw them better too

that definately helps! also keep in mind if your chara is left or right handed before drawing a gun in his/her hand... i didnt realize i had bullet shooting lefthanded in [link] and [link] whereas hes righthanded in this pic and [link] this ended up making bullet ambidextrous. which is cool tho!

yeah ambidextrous is cool too <3 I do need to remember who's left or right handed though, so all my characters won't turn out all ambidextrous Ooooh *Is staring at the Bullet pics* Dude, Bullet's design is so cool. Love your style, it's just so awesomeness looking!

This is a really nice drawing and the colouring is nice. The guy has a very manly set of jaw and stubble(?) which gives the drawing a very gritty feeling. I should attempt a drawing of grittier like this sometimes.

If there's anything should be metioned, I think you might wanna try to adjust the shadow and light of this drawing to bring out the guy more to the viewers.

I agree with Carms though, more sharp shadows on the opposite side of the light would look more real- as that's usually what fire light causes. Contrast.

Nice job, I like the textures. Very cool too, I'll have to take a look at that site. =B

Very impressive work, great job on the sense of momentum in the figure, the detail in his shadow, the abused walls, and the embers from the fire. Bullet looks handsome as always but the warm glow on his pants from the fire and the meticulous work with the gun is stunning. Glad to see you back!!

thanks! If you look at my older pix of Bullet, you can pick up his basic story. The fire was not there originally, i recently added it. Didnt turn out as uberly awesome as i planned but it serves its purpose i guess. thanks again for the comment! ^_^

Daw, I like that I can inspire at least someone to draw xD I really like this one. The movement is great, and the lighting is vedy nice. I'd go a little darker on the shadows, but other than that, it's wonderful Great work here.
