Okkaaaayyy!!

These two are both retired characters from Anima: Beyond Fantasy. Essie (the girl) and Kinji (the guy with half his face burnt off) are by no means new characters but and I still hold them both close. Essie is mine and Kinji is his.

I guess a lil bit of explanation might benefit the viewers so they can understand the situation. Essie is a Nephilim Daimah Wizard from Alberia who went to travel the world to find out more about it. Kinji is a rogue samurai who was framed for the murder of his master and he escaped Lannet and went travelling to try and hide from his pursuers, many of whom wholeheartedly believed he was the murderer.

Skip forward a few months and these two( and a few others but they don't matter) get caught up with the order of the black sun. Long story short they now work for ONE side of the order to escape the wrath of the other one.

Along their travels, they fall in love, yadda yadda and Essie proposed that Kinji become her bodyguard. Kinji doesn't see why not so he's now the samurai for the nonexistent House Woodseer. In Essie's mind this would keep him a bit safer as he's under the service of a magic user, who are pretty respected in Lannet, so they might be averse to killing Kinji.

Essie is mine, Kinji belongs to and the art is mine.
