I finally finished it! This is King Galbatorix's Black Dragon, Shruikan (SHREW-kin) from the Inheritance saga. I am so happy how this turned out! 
Was very challenging, but worth the effort I think Enjoy!

Ahh... My most favorite Dragon of the five in the inheritance, and now one that is among my most favourite movie/book Dragons of all time. All the time you've spent working on all those beautiful details has really paid off. This bruiser of a Dragon really looks awesome here, a really magnificent sight. Magnificent and regal, as well as sinister and deadly at the same time...
Ghggh.. So much feels for this character!!!. I felt so sorry for him, i just love tragic villains.. He was never really evil to begin with though, that's the thing. I wonder how much of a fighting chance the few riders remaining, during their downfall would've had against Galbatorix. With a massive Dragon like him on the prowl. If the King didn't take advantage of him, forcefully binding him into loyalty with dark magic as it happened. His mind sadly warped and twisted so far, that he was beyond all help. So by the time Eragon and Saphira bumped into him, there was nothing they could really do..

I think Christopher Paolini is in the process of writing another book. From what I read, its supposed to take place before Eragon, in the time of The Riders. But, its gunna be a stand-alone novel. Sounds like Shurikan will be in it too
