Ironically, it was people's power that did so. Well, that and an unwillingness by hard line idiots to act like Uncle Joe used to. Which was likely best for everyone involved, except the hard liners and whatever fleeting chances the Union had of surviving the year.

Coincidentally, the hard liners were overreacting to an upcoming All-Union vote on restructuring the nature of the USSR.

Ah, the Soviet Union. So much promise, so much disappointment. Although I'd dare say we'd be in a more stable world today had the USSR not collapsed and smashed itself apart like Babushka's good set of dishes. But that is in the realm of "could have been" rather than "what is". And what we got today is Putin, which frankly wigs me out a little. The man's style is like the worst combination of Brezhnev and Yeltsin one could imagine. Minus the heavy drinking.

The-Necromancer has no sympathies for the DPRK. The Kim regime has been insufferable, the government itself having abandoned any pretenses of Marxist-Leninist practices long ago. Instead, there is Songun and Juche, both of which are inherently against the key elements of Marxism. Rather than be internationalist, they are isolationist. Rather than putting the working class at the forefront, they've literally put the military first. North Korea is no friend or comrade to The-Necromancer.

Equality is justice. It is the best kind of justice. Those who are treated unfairly, those who are not given the same status in the eyes of the law, those who are oppressed or exploited merely because of their gender, race, spiritual beliefs, or so many other reasons would tell you that all they want is to be treated with the same dignity and status as anyone else. Why is this such a hard concept to grasp? Justice isn't about money or power, it is about what is right. And there is an awful lot not right with "Liberal Western Democracy". There is an awful lot not right with Capitalism itself.

While an interesting observation, it misses the point.

The-Necromancer does not concern himself with the postmortem situation of individuals. He is, however, intensely interested in the mortal conditions of humanity. The-Necromancer is of the belief that mankind has an enormous amount of potential, and it is currently being wasted in so many unfortunate ways...

Not that the postmortem conditions of humanity aren't outside of The-Necromancer's hobbies...

Yes, you may feel free to use this for fliers. I would request that you post a copy of the flier you make to DeviantART so we could accept it into the CPDA's gallery.

On designing a logo for you, I would be more than happy to do so. I would request to know what your group may be called along with the symbolism you would want. The hammer and sickle is the traditional icon of Communism, so that will naturally be in the image, but the rest is largely up to your needs. Give me an idea of what you require, and I'll have it done for you within a few days.

Thank you so much, I can't draw or use software at all so this is a huge help. The group is called "Youth Red Alliance" and I kinda wanted the hammer and sickle in the middle of a cogwheel with wreaths of wheat on the outside of the cogwheel. If you could do this in a way where I can copy and paste the logo on documents that would be great, because the fliers I've been making so far have only used a hammer and sickle. You can definitely make changes where you see appropriate, since you do this sorta stuff all the time, and again thank you so much.
