Since you requested it:
To start off, because I'm too lazy to try to find out myself, what program are you using?
Second, the shading is really good if you're going for a realistic style, if you're not, then it's too realistic. You were pretty consistent with the highlights, but the frills on the right (side) dragon break the constancy. Even if you're trying to make the frills look rounded, just make the inner bits of the frill darker rather then lighter.
The anatomy is spot on, in fact, I checked my own face to see the consistency. (I was looking at the left dragon's cheek bone.) However, the right dragon's cheek seems to feel more like a smile then the left one does. Perhaps the bone could have been a bit wider to accentuate the smile before the shading to say otherwise. But, I may be wrong in this, gotta clear that up now.
The bulge on his neck confuses me, I thought that it could be the windpipe, but the left dragon is a chubby one so the windpipe shouldn't be as visible as it is. Either this is a small anatomical error, or that bulge is just... weird.
Finally, and this is a problem I said in the last pic I critiqued, the three-fourth angle of the right dragon's face works up to the point where the nostrils are seen. While the left dragon has no noticeable "other nostril" the right dragon does, creating a continuity error, if it wasn't in the picture or was hinted as a bit of a bulge on the right side of his snout, then it'd work.
Those are my gripes, the piece itself is fucking adorable. It's something that most animal lovers can really appreciate and well... it's cute. Yeah. The colors are bold and very fitting, the anatomy and angles are spot on, and... it's cute.
