There's a question that I wanted to ask every time I see Error!Sans looking/fighting UT!Sans: Why does Error go after the canon timeline? The AUs are understandable since they originally didn't exist but why would he go after a timeline that had no error?

He doesn't. To him, the canon timeline is the only true timeline that should exist. But even still, Error is seen time and time again with an canon Undertale Sans puppet. I'm sure there's some deeper meaning to that, but its too early in the morning for me to try and puzzle that one out XD As for FIGHTING UT Sans, I thinks it's more of UT Sans trying to get rid of HIM. I believe Sans is made out to be rather okay by the other AUs, they don't bother him, so he probably feels like Error is a murderer that needs to be stopped before he kills everyone. VERRY similar to a certain thing that happens in a certain canon timeline

I'm actually not a fan of Error Sans myself, sure the design is neat. But the concept of the character and his goals was just meh for me. It's weird because I like a lot of the other AU versions of Sans.
Underfell's a cool setting, with the character portrayed as nastier more monstrous characters. Who still have that potential to be good, I particularly enjoy & Β Underfell comics. Plus the characters have got more villainous/intimidating designs. And Flowey is actually a good guy in the setting =3.
Aftertale has two Sans's, the one who fought and killed Chara, whose Determination injection allowed them to uncover what was going on with Frisk and the rests. Thus letting him help and warn his alternate timeline counterpart, as he and Frisk try to figure out how to stop Chara and get Frisk her body back. And the poor Sans in-universe who has to keep Chara interested and invested in this timeline.
Underswap is fun, because it's great seeing the characters act and dress so differently. Papyrus actually being the lazy brother and seemingly with a smoking habit, while Sans is short and short tempered, eager to prove himself and join the Royal Guard.
Reapertale is perfect for me, I always enjoy universes that personify death. The Discworld series for instance. There's a whole lore about Gods, humans, the reasons for creating death and even Chara and Flowey's existence. Sans and Papyrus as the brotherly gods of death and each representing a different aspect of it, is such a neat idea.
Artwise I really like this image, the colors are great and the various puppets for the others Sans's look cool. ^^

Eey, I see what your laying down. Error!Sans has his reasons for what he does, but like even his creator said, they aren't very good reasons at all. In fact, they suck. But I think that's why I love him so much. He's so biased and crooked, amoral. In fact, his morality falls into the blue and orange spectrum tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php⦠and, by sheer chance because the creator didn't know then, Error!Sans has distinctive blue and orange colors. I like how he stands out, even more so than Underfell.
