This one was A LOT of job... Jack and all the characters are made of sugar paste. Lots of fun, too.
I was so happy the customer asked to make a cake with Jack Skellington! But sadly he didn't want to add Sally too

How does Jack supports his own weight with such skinny sugar paste legs? I'm really intrigued!
Actually I'm even surprised the real puppet of Jack in the movie managed to stand up hahaha

this sugarpaste dries and become hard and stable. That's why he can stand. As any gumpaste figure, he is fragile too... if you put too much pression of if you drop him, he will break for sure.

bueno, eso es un rodillo especial para estos fines, y ademas esa pasta es de otro tipo. Si la pones a secar bruscamente se agrieta mucho y da este resultado.

This isn't a cake, its a masterpiece. I wouldn't take a bite out of it, I'd preserve it. It's amazing that you made all of the characters from ANBF, including Jack Skellington himself, from nothing but sugar paste. Excellent work,
