Creatures of the nether-realm that feed of the negative emotions of mankind byΒ enter the minds of their host.

The Spite (purple) feeds on the bitter, cold-hearted feelings that drive people away.
The Revile (green) feeds on the thoughts that the host finds repulsive.
The Sorrow (Blue) feeds on the depressions that make people just want to give up.
The Rage (Orange) feeds on the heated turmoil that make people lash out.
The Fear (Red) feeds on the phobias that everyone suffers through.

If they're strong enough, they can. However, when there at weaker states, they can only manipulate the host by using persuasion and twisting facts.

I really like the use of the whispy colors against the pitch black background. The "smoky" effect around them really sells the otherworldly visual... not to mention the fact that the eyes seem to be literally BURNING.

Look at it this way- they're definitely scarier than Phobos (even the blue one, and he looks like an ottoman with a mouth). I'll definitely have to learn to replicate the smoke effect.

Also, use the brush tool at the 'Spread and Noise' option with low density.
