Everyone meet my little Peplum! She is a lady dwarf, sporting a cute pastel beard that matches her lovely hair. She speaks softly and is not very tall. She loves natural make ups and perfumes, pastel clothing, striking up conversations with humans in her favorite local park, spending time with her "Honey Beard" Daine, and eating small pastries with a cup of tea. Despite her benevolent nature, she has a hot temper. Don't insult her beard. She goes through great lengths to fluff it.

What is that she is holding? Well, that is her pet star-nosed mole named Togs. He spends most of his days sleeping and occasionally will pull himself over to a book, which he will pretend to read. Peplum says he is the world's best information source, he is simply too shy to divulge his secrets.

Peplum's idea was conceptualized a few years ago at a local festival my sister, her best friend, and I attended. Her friend suggested I make a Fairy Kei dwarf so she could have more room to put accessories and thus Peplum was born! Though, Peplum may not dress Fairy Kei, she does sport heaps of accessories and pastel frocks.
