I have fallen in love with Steven Universe over the past few months. Peridot has quickly become my favorite character so I had to make a plush of her. Her pattern was a PITA to figure out but I am happy with the result. She is huge standing at about 24 inches tall and is made out of minky. She is completely machine sewn minus her head being hand-sewn onto her body. I'm very happy with how she came out. Going to work on a Lapis next.Related content

Sooo good! Peridot's my favorite too :3 I agree with one of the previous comments- I would maybe make the hair a bit bigger next time
Other than that- it's amazing, you can tell it's quality craftsmanship and you got talent, fer sure! I could see this being an official plush!

Thank you so much. I completely agree about the hair. It seemed ok until I stuffed it. I fixed the pattern just haven't had a chance to make another one but I will lol.

The only two differences I would make would be to make her hair bigger and her nose smaller. If you should ever consider making a 2.0 edition, i'd suggest working on those options!

Thanks so much. I agree with you about the hair. In my test it seemed bigger lol. The nose is an easy fix and your right. I'm hoping she'll put a star somewhere and that would be my 2.0 haha.

I have one that is absolutely massive (almost 3ft tall lol) and I've been really wanting some more smaller or just different peridot too. She's just so cute I don't think it's possible to have too many. Haha. I haven't seen a lot, but maybe 4 or 5 others? Yours is definitely one of the best. She is so super cute. ;_; the expression almost makes me like her more than mine (who is a forever grump lol)

I dont think it is possible to have to many. I'm wondering if she will reform like the others at some point. Then I'll have to update her haha. I think I might know the one you own and if so that one is so freaking cute. We need more peridot's in the world.

I have been wondering this myself too. I've seen a lot of really cute artwork of her with different designs including a star. That would be a great idea to make another one.
