I honestly never thought I do this, anyway meet Ray Derrick (Oh now does that sound familiar?)! This idea came like what would The Rush be like in one of my favourite T.U.F.F. AUs T.O.U.G.H.? Then I shut out this and and of story.

He is basically T.O.U.G.H.'s The Rush and not Marshal, he's in the comics and not actually real in the T.O.U.G.H. universe but he is Marshal's favorite superhero like how Barry Allen's favorite suoerhero is the original Flash. Plus he somewhat resembles Marshal in a way.

I'm gonna admit trying to mimic InspectorCrayon 's style is hard as balls like the snout for example.

In Comics:
Young police officer Ray Derrick was granted super speed from the Greek god Hermes while in the verge of death, he has access to break the sound barrier of time as he please. However with great power comes great responsibility, he was motivated to become The Rush after a murder and after trial and error he caught the suspect. He now protect the city from the evil within, willing to sacrifice his life for the good of furmanity and even have a VERY colorful rogues gallery and a reverse counterpart literally name The Counterpart.
In the T.O.U.G.H. Universe:
The Rush comics can be seen either from stores or in the hands of Marshal himself, being his favorite super hero Marshal collects mostly Rush comics then other comics. There'll be times at Halloween parties that he'll dress up as him since he was a child, Marshal became passionate for him and his rogues gallery like Captain Freeze and his personal favorite Portal-Jumper. Even now and then he reads the comics to his four adopted kids but mostly tell them to his fourth adopted child Myrtle, the reason is that he always believes a role model can come in any form like a comic book.

But boy will T.O.U.G.H. Marshal scream like a girl that most of his alternate counterparts are his favorite superhero.
