Why am I dragging myself into browser wars?Well anyway. I severely dislike the way Firefox elitists (this happens with supporters of no other browser) are constantly going round bashing Internet Explorer the whole time. Come on, who here didn't make there first foray on to the internet with good ol' IE? I've all but stopped using it now in favour of Maxthon, but it's never failed on me before.
Firefox ain't perfect y'know
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone".I have no idea what Chris Crocker's preferred browser of choice is, but come on, what else could apply perfectly to what I'm talking about?

Internet Explorer is not that slow.
I always had problems with GC and FF. Why? BECAUSE IT'S SLOW AND IT WONT LOAD!

I remember using IE. The good old days. We don't have it anymore, so i became a Firefox fan. Which gets damn annoying. but i hate Chrome.

All of the mainstream browsers suck in their own wayΒ IMO.
Internet Explorer has only just recently attempted to become W3C compliant, Firefox is a massiveΒ RAM hog, Opera has compatibility issues with some websites (not unlike IE...), SafariΒ has even LESS security than IE due to being designed with Apple's so called "virus immune" OS in mindΒ and Chrome won'tΒ have full functionality unless you sign up for a Gmail/Google+Β account.

IE is fine,except for the crashes. I honestly think Google Chrome is better,but for some reason I use IE more often. I have Firefox installed,but I barely use it.

You've got no idea what people are bashing IE for. At all.
Internet Explorer earns the collective hatred of the web community because of Microsoft's atrocious disregard for the W3C standards. About a third of the time spent developing a site involves having to go through and accommodate for Explorer's "issues" with handling technologies that other browsers have had no troubles implementing for years now.
This isn't about Firefox users being elitist; this is more to do with Internet Explorer being inferior to every other contemporary browser out there. That extends to Gecko (Firefox), Webkit (Mozilla/Chrome) and Presto (Opera).

I don't like Internet Explorer because it always used to crash my old computer, and crash on me, and load pages incorrectly. My computer was scanned and virus-free, but... *sigh*
