I found the time to comment this at last!
First of all, I want to say that I love this drawing a lot, but you already know it. 
The characters expressions are really good too, especially Ace's... and I like how cute you made Makino's pose! ^^ Also, the major's resigned expression is hilarious and fitting the character! XD Maybe, though, the one you drew best of them all is Luffy; he looks just perfect.
