This is the second update to the gallery after the long while of no updates.Valtios is a creature that was spawned from my negative emotions towards my resource teacher. It started off a a Dark Velen kind of thing, like Dark Samus. Then it evolved into this monster.
Valtio's size in real life would be twice the height of a Home Depot minus the tail's length.
His powers include firing beams of chaotic energy, making shockwaves with his tail, and an explosion of chaotic energy.
