A Crusader in Shiny Armor?

Getting a lot of normal concept sheets as of yet but they are always nice to have and we got it for our 488th color commission and this time it's one of the Worst Girls from KonoSuba or KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World (Try saying that three times fast) with Darkness or going by her real name, Dustiness Ford Lalatina who is a Crusader in Kazuma's Group as she lives to defend others and good thing to as he defense absolutely insane being able to take an Explosion head on. But it comes at a cost and that cost is...everything else as not only she couldn't hit anything for the life of her but...how do I say this...She has a...pleasure of facing opponents that are much better than her...

Yeah between the three girls with Aqua, Megumin and Darkness, Darkness is my least favorite of the trio due to her personality not being my favorite and for a while she did play that note a lot with her comedy earlier on. But I don't dislike her, I'm just say that she's my least favorite and at the very least, overtime she did grew on me as she has a great design, willing to go out of her way to protect people, learn more about her family lineage and while I don't think she's funny by herself with her gimmick, her comedy comes off of with the people she rubs on...take that what you will but it's pretty funny when done right. So while I do like Aqua and Megumin more (especially Megumin) I have grown to like Darkness the more I watch the show.

Now for the coloring...you know I kind of scare myself on how determined to color the characters as close to the original series as I can as long as the lineart is close to the show as well and dang I've overdid myself There were plenty of references I used to color her and made sure that her outfit, her sword and her hair match the series as they can. Some parts were easy, others not so much like her hair as she has a gradient effect ot it so not only coloring it like that but also shading as well. And the eyes as well also too some time as I needed to include a lot of details compared to other characters with more normal anime eyes.

All this took some time to color making the colors from the show and giving the poses and mugshots the colors they deserve and hey I'm managed to do a good job here. Hopefully I get to color the other girls in the future and I hope you like it
