The shading looks really nice, especially the face with the blush! I also
like the glow from the heart > v <
But you could add a bit more detail to the hair, the ligthing could be
stronger and you could try to shade the hair strands more. You could also
add a bit of red light to the hand, since the heart is glowing and would
probably shine some light on it.
I like how you added more depth to the shirt by changing the darkness
of the shading at the borders, the effect you got looks so good!

i guess i could say something about this.
your coloring is actually really good. but i think the soul was oddly colored and didn't really look that good. Β other then the fact that undertale is dead you did a good job on this.Β

first, the soul is meant to be bright, because it is glowing, second, the rest of her isn't dim in comparison to the glowing soul, and if it IS, then the soul would illuminate her a bit. the only thing that's actually very dark in comparison to the soul is the background. also, you said "it's the only piece that seems the brightest." i hate to be a grammar freak, but "brightest" technically means it's the piece of the picture that is more illuminated than the rest of it. so yes, there can only be one piece that is the brightest.
