wow..this is so amazing..so many of my frieds use drugs..not herion..(at least i dont think..) and its sad because you can see how the thing that they love for no apparent reason kills something inside of them that they will never get back..

'nothing anyone is gonna say could change my opinion on it' - do you really think i'd be trying to persuade you that heroin was a brilliant and wonderful thing? bear in mind certain recent events.

all i was comenting on was your writing a very emotive and heartfelt thing about something you havent been close to... and about which you're not likely to know more than the reader. it's just that what you've written has a bit of a limited viewpoint. as i said, fuck, im not condoning it, as you well know. but what you've said is based on assumptions and what you'd expect. you know what i'm like with realism, the unexpected parts that nobody would imagine, but that are so real... and it's when the writer sees and talks about them, and the reader is taken into a different place with a new viewpoint and a new image and idea, that little bit of unexpected detail

i am not saying that your negative viewpoint wasnt right. just that as a piece of writing, id say that it works better to write about something of which you have a lot of experience, so you're not talking about what people would expect... so you're saying something new, unexpected, i guess.

umm suprisingly enough NONE but i know ppul who had their lives affected by there parents been addicted or having friends do it. Actually come 2 think of it, i knew one. and I didnt sympathize with him at all. and he knew it. he was a fool. doing it is justplain stupid. period. nothing anyone is gonna say could change my opinion on it

and yeh it is ignorant, and stupid. but fuck druggies, they fuck themselves up and hurt those around them too.
