Requested by ~PoisonedPrisons , her OC is so cute > v < I had a lot of fun drawing her ❤❤ I hope you don't mind that I changed her shorts into a skirt ; v ;Since it's nearly Halloween (sakjdghaslkjd YAY!!!!) I drew her with a halloweeny twist [she has a wand and her crayon is a subsitution for a broom OuO)
Anyways I hope you like it!

- right leg (or is it left? no, it's the right one for sure
- right eye (or lack of it) I know it's hidden under the fringe, but I think you should have drawn that part that should be seen from underneath it, or you could always add some extra strands of hair to hid it completely. Now it look a bit like there's blank space where her eye should be.
- some lines of the crayon she's sitting on are unclear, I mean look at that black part close to her skirt.
now the nicer part C:

- I like the background and how she's "popping out" of the pic
- your colouring technique is good, but I'd use more shading and more contrasts, I mean your shading is smooth and it'd be good if sometimes you added some more defined shadows (look at your clothes and you'll see that in some places light and shadow softly blend but in different places it's like shadow|light with no or only a little blending)
overall it's one cute little chibi^^ great job ; )

Okay critique here ; v ; I hope you don't mind if I go ahead, but anyway here you go:
Anatomy:
Okay just to start of I think overal the piece look great. I love the colors and background, but one thing that you might want to work on is your anatomy. I mean, I know its a chibi, but I think it might be helpful to look at a couple refs before you start drawing. For example, one of the knees is not very correct, bending in an unnatural way. And then the other thing is the eye. Again, I know she is a chibi so its not all supposed to be exact, but you may have wanted to add in the other eye as you can tell that if you were going for realistic you would be able to see it.
Anyway, I love all your coloring here, and the shading is nice QuQ You'll just benefit from using some references (google images is a great place). Okay, I just meant this to be helpful, and I hope it is ; v ; Keep drawing 8D

Hmmm, you could use a scanner if you have one and if not, a camera could be helpful too!
Upload it onto your computer and then edit it on paint.
However, there is a program called Paint Tool SAI which you can get for free and its much better then paint!
Buying a tablet can also help alot in digital art!!
