I just went crazy while playing through the Blood-Events with Vivaldi!
This scene is so moe-moe cute *A*!

Of course, this is a SPOILER!

Alice saw Blood and Vivaldi several times together in the rose garden, although they are meant to be enemies, that hate each other. But somehow they don't look at each other with hatred. Alice tries to get some information from Blood/Vivaldi himself/herself, by not asking directly, but by hinting at single things.
Finally, she surprises them together in the rose garden and faces them. After some bleh-bleh talk, Vivaldi tells Alice the truth about their relationship.
Vivaldi and Blood are siblings. ( YES, they are. I knew it! >ANevertheless, Blood seems to be the younger one, and Vivaldi keeps on being mean to him, just like siblings are.
Finally, this conversation comes up:

Blood: *shy* "Older sister...." [he actually says 'Aniki', which means 'older brother', doesn't it? eAe...]
Vivaldi: *pats her younger brother*
[...]
Alice: *curious* "What was Blood like, when he was a child?"
Blood: *shocked* "Eh...."
Vivaldi: *starts to talk about Chibi Blood* [ I don't remember, actually xD ]
Blood: *nervous* *in a hysterical voice* "Aaaaaah, Eeeeeh, be quiet, older Sister! I-I'll kill you, i-if you talk!"
