To tell you the truth i regret making the aperture F3.5 since at that time i didn't really know the use of high or low apertures but now i do. The f number should be higher in order to get more details from the scene. Yup 30 seconds to get enough light since the time was between 5:40am and sunrise (7:00am) .. The timings are from 14th June 2007 which is when the picture was taken .. Hope i helped and if you have any more questions plz feel free to ask .. Cheers mate!
