is Dipper and Mabel meet Bill at the dreamscapes or when the weirdmageddon happening, cause those fire around them are same like Stanford meet Bill through dreamscapes

The Final Episode is just a week away and one can't help but dread what might happen to Dipper and Mabel in the end. They're going to have to enter Bill's madness at the deepest level in order to stop him, and there's no telling what will happen.
You really did well on the oranges, reds, and burning yellows. And yet, despite the danger and the mad, chaotic demon floating above them, Dipper and Mabel confidently take each other's hands, ready to face the end together, whatever happens to them.
Good symmetry with Bill floating near the top and with Dipper and Mabel standing on (not-so) stable ground. The layering of the flames is well drawn as well; it adds depth to the piece, showing the demented realm from which Bill came.
One of the best things about Gravity Falls, by far, has been watching Dipper and Mabel. After all they've been through, they've made it out of every disaster because they had each other. Whereas Stanley and Stanford grew apart, Dipper and Mabel grew closer and fought to keep their sibling bond. They succeeded where their great-uncles failed. They have to be the most loving brother and sister I've ever seen, and whatever happens, I will enjoy watching them as this wonderful show comes to an end.
Here's hoping they make it out alive. . . .

I still feel weird thinking about how this is finally the end, but you are right about how Dipper and Mabel are one of the best things about Gravity Falls. I'm glad that even though I drew this way before Weirdmageddon that the image of Dipper and Mabel going against Bill together is true. Seeing Dipper and Mabel go through all their struggles and still remain so close and trusting of each other really just makes me so happy every time I see the show, so I'm excited for what they will do in the finale. I know that it'll be great.
