Now this was a fun one to work on today.But in all seriousness, this will be the LAST update her cybernetic exoskeleton will have.
I might go into deeper detail on her body's critical and vital functions, but for now, the major changes are additional details, along with her left arm now being mechanized (though not as much as her right arm), and of course, extended legs. There's a reason for her leg cybernetic leg extensions, and I'll get to that and more details when I can.

She doesn't need to. All she has is her clothing, but even that doesn't detract from having a powerful coltan-armored exoskeleton.

Does her exoskeleton have a sense of touch, or is it totally numb?

It does have a sense of touch, but a rarely effective one.

Yeah, that's to be expected. Skin is sensitive because it is full of nerve endings, but metal casing can't have nerve endings so i guess it wouldn't work.
Also, what happens if she eats or drinks something?

In some ways yes, and no. Ellie is working on some external nerve system for her metal body, so it doesn't feel all too numb. On the upside, her body is well armored and protected though.
As for the eating part, she can only drink ANUBIS lubricant which helps re-vitalize certain parts and mechanisms of her overall system. However, if she eats food, she can only taste the food but feel no hunger in any way. But the major downside is, if she eats food, the system will find the consumption invalid and will force Ellie to regurgitate the food clean out.

Hence why at times she is working on a cybernetic stomach system so the food won't fiddle with her mechanisms.Β

I was just about to ask why Ellie's left arm was changed, luckily I read the notes before I did. So with her leg extensions, does it make Ellie even taller?

She IS a highly advanced cyborg indeed. 
Ah and yes, her leg extensions now make her officially 8ft tall now. Reason of her leg extensions was so she can engage her Quad-Sprint Mode (quadruped running). If there's one thing that both her cyborg hands have in common, it's paw like systems that activate when she reaches speeds of 50mph, therefore allowing her to sprint on all fours to a maximum speed of 75mph.
