Firstly, I'm a noob in 3D editors and I don't like them, so don't blame me if I did any of mentioned things wrong/incorrect/etc. I used Blender, so any clarifications will be based on it.
In addition to the basic costume includes: hoodless hoodie and Magic Mode outfit(gbp). When using a hoodless hoodie, disable vest_collar. When using a gbp back, disable vest_circle. You also need to select the correct hairstyle for the hooded and non-hooded head.
Model/textures: .fbx/.png
Includes textures: Color(c), Normal(n/brdf), Detail(detail), Specular(s), Metallic(m), Roughness(r), Alpha(alpha).
Skeleton: no
Details:
- Color textures for clothes are just textures with colors, without any details, etc., most of them were not in the game files, so I made them myself. It doesn't matter, since brdf and detail maps do most of the work.
- Specular, Metallic and Roughness for clothes I baked myself. Specular only for pants, because it didn't bake correctly for other items, but on Specular's default setting in Blender it looks fine.
- Some textures are attached, but some got missed during export because of material mixes, so you need to add them yourself. If you have any questions about how and what I attached, I can answer in the comments.
- Includes a folder called Original, which contains some original textures, plus that terrible tattoo texture from WDL, if anyone needs it. There are also whole material textures(detail) in 4096*4096.
- The hair doesn't fit perfectly on the head. That's because Wrench's head is different from the generic head. I guess in the game the hairstyle just adjusts to his head. It's not a particularly visible problem if you move his hair a little bit.
You can convert it wherever you want, just credit me as the author of the original port. But don't lock it behind a paywall.

Update! Since the WDL Model Tool came out, I've updated some parts.
- the mask now has the correct UV and the back mounts;
- added a green neck accessory;
- the necessary body parts (arms and legs) now have a common mesh, the full body has also been added (maybe someone will find it useful);
- also the body has a second UV for tattoos(correct, just like in the game), Wrench's tattoos have been redone to a better quality;
- Normal teeth texture was replaced with brdf texture because I found it better (in the game it was used for Stormzy, not for playable characters), the old Normal texture moved to the Original folder.
