Hello, The-WonderSlug ! I have been browsing through your wonderful gallery looking for a piece I could offer input on! I am here today to offer constructive feedback on Rizzy Okuni !
At first glance I immediately noticed the expression on Rizzy's face which goes well with the dialogue you chose to start the description with!
As I am looking at this piece I am taking note of how well Rizzy introduced into the photo, lighting/light sources, perspective, and how well the jets have been placed and introduced into the piece. I remember reading that you made the "hue" or coloring of Rizzy lighter so that she matches and fits in the background better, well done! Rizzy's edges are somewhat smooth with a natural transition to her background. You made an interesting choice by deciding to have her stand on the cloud!
Moving on to the jets: When I first saw this piece I first noticed Rizzy's amusing expression and then I couldn't help but notice the weird angle the jets were at. Adding the jets to this piece is not necessarily a mistake but you probably should not have used the same jet... The window and the metal of the jet is reflecting light coming from a light source but because you used the same plane flipped it looks like there is an intense light source between the jets. In addition the jets closes to Rizzy were not faded and stick out (making the jets smaller sometimes is not enough to make the object look farther away especially in the sky). I think this problem would be fixed if you lowered the "hue" more the closer the jets get to Rizzy. Another thing: I think the angles of the jets should be angled more consistently (the plane on the left pints to sharply upward, because the planes are heading towards the same destination this looks weird). Here is a photo of looking at jets flying from behind:
. Video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZcI3a…. In this photo/video all the jets are flying together so they are angled so one of the jets cannot be angled too steeply in relation to the other.
Looking at some of your other pieces I get the impression that your pieces are meant to be fun and thought provoking. Your content may not need to be adjusted to be incredibly accurate, but in case you want to make your art more realistic I hope my input helped!

I myself am trying to get into digital art! I have spent a lot of time realizing all the things that come together to make a digital piece. I still have a lot to learn, but it's looking at pieces likes yours that further leads me to acknowledge and appreciate the capabilities of digital art...
My art right now is horrendous as I struggle to use my trackpad, but I do hope to improve~

Thank you my friend. I was torn as to if i should have her floating above the ground, or lower her a bit and have her plant her boots on the ground. But I figure the true super heroine would not wish to step on cities and wipe them out of existence, killing people by the millions. So yes, I opted for her to use her super powers and hover above the earth rather than have deep footprints where cities and towns once existed.
I don't think she is pleased with the military though and their shoot first and ask questions later mentality. Wonder how long she will hold her composure?

What a great pic. I just love her facial expression and the folded arms pose is one of my favourite poses, particularly in gloves. I am assuming she is standing in the air and not resting her boots on the ground (well she is Powergirl 
“Really??????” was giantess Powergirl’s incredulous reaction to the fighter jets approaching her in an unfriendly fashion, as she screwed up her face and folded her arms and completely oblivious to the one fighter jet who had got too close and ended up as a tiny explosion against her elbow. “After all I’ve done for you, the people I’ve saved, the people I’ve rescued? Well, if that’s the way you want it, no more ms nice girl…..” as she morosely but effortlessly swatted the planes away, and, folding her arms again, gently glided down crashing into the city below, wiping out several city blocks in the process. It may have been the authorities were a bit fidgety about the sometimes vast collateral damage of a superheroine that size which giantess Powergirl often ignored and shrugged her shoulders about when she saved and rescued people, but now it was going to be much much worse, the authorities now on the wrong side of a cute but distinctly peeved giantess, as she strolled away in a huff, arms still folded, trampling all in her path……….

twist plot: she ends up putting the planet in a place where sunlight can not enter and now the earth only sees her, her and only her
