Description I love dragons, so I decided to create one by myself and it feels like an absolute cliché ofsomeone wanting to draw something and then failing terribly, but hey! Say hello to Xenix, the very first character I've created!

ABOUT XENIX THE DRAGON:

Male | 7 years old (hatchday the 30th of July) | About 2 meters high and 5 meters long | Weighs around 350 to 400 kg.
This green guy in quite a stubborn one. You may try to tell him "don't do this" or "don't do that", but he won't listen. I've tried it myself many times, but like I said: It's futile! Except from that, he's a lovely dragon. He's always here for you when you need him and takes care of you. He likes to be scratched under his head, but don't forget to give him a chocolate cookie with salmon on top, his favorite meal. It's disgusting, I know, but if he likes it...

Creators note:
I'm sorry if some information is complete non-sense. I have absolutely no idea if there is something like a "hatching season", how aging works for dragons, how heavy they are and what races there are (or in other words: dragon standards). I just guessed a bit (much). I would also have liked to mention, that I am currently not using a drawing pad, since the one I've ordered, still hasn't arrived. The problem is that I am left-handed but I use mice with my right hand and this doesn't count for drawing. I'm lucky enough that my program offers a stabilizer to avoid EXTREME shaking.
And of course I will have to practice a lot more, especially the paws and the shading ^^ .
(Btw I screewed up the image size)

Awesome dragon character. I myself love dragons also there so much fun to draw you get to design them as you wish there are no rules when it comes to drawing them.

Hope to see more amazing dragon art work from you in the near future.

There's no need to apologise, especially in your own character description. The truth is, with dragons, the sky's the limit (no pun intended) - they're a fictional species so you can do whatever you like when it comes to designing their life cycles.

I find myself doing that with my clients quite often, actually. I get a lot of dragon-creators. Some want their dragons to live for hundreds of years; some have the same life expectancy as a human. All of them so far have laid eggs, even the ferret-dragon hybrid I'm going to post next weekend. Hatching has its own implications since anything that hatches generally tends to be more independent when it hatches (as some animals leave their nests so that the eggs are alone when they hatch) or the offspring have to be able to follow their mum (or indeed, dad) from the moment they leave the egg. That means that the creature is never as vulnerable as a human infant would be, and that has implications for their long-term psychological development.

It really gets to be fun! In fact, since you raised the topic of dragon life cycles, you might be interested to listen to/read the profile I made for Arix Ordragc - I got quite into it with him. Here he is:

And, if the mood ever takes you, I'm open for commissions to help with developing species, so if you would like to work on your particular species of dragons, we can do that. Note me and we can talk about prices, payment plans or discounts, etc.

Great art! I'm pretty sure there are no definitive rules for dragons, it's really up to you. Look forward to seeing more once that pad arrives

Thank you!
I guess as long as I'm not going way off the standards for dragons, everything's okay .
I hope this drawing pad arrives soon, drawing with wrong hand is really annoying ...
