Remember, this is the same publisher that published Sonic '06, a game where it says the characters won't remember, but somehow they do remember in later games.

personally i feel most crossovers tend to do the whole don't remember what happened thing. as its just a way for them to get fans to play a game as it brings a bunch of their favorite characters.
Warriors Orochi definitely does the whole forget everything that happened thing.

Persona, this is a Sequel to the first Persona Q for the 3DS, which was a crossover between the cast of Persona 3 and Persona 4. where this one is a crossover between Persona 3, 4, and 5.
