Description
After seeing Thanos Pagkidis' hair swap for Makoto and Mitsuru , I wondered how many people would ask him to do the same for Mitsuru and Yukari. Then, I ended up just doing it myself.

Step 1: clone both models and remove the hair from the first duo, then remove everything but the hair from the second.

Step 2: Move the two hairs around to fit in place on the other head.

Step 3: Retexture the hair to match the opposing character.

For Mitsuru, I ported her hair texture directly onto Yukari's model and it worked fine. The other direction, however, made everything look weird and stretched, so I ended up tweaking the colour balance, brightness and contrast of the original texture a bunch to change it to a colour roughly approximating Yukari's natural colour.
