This is another Fan Forme, but it's not mine.This Forme design belongs to
Originally this was just something I asked permission for, but instead kinda turned into an art trade. XD
As promised, I drew her Forme in the same style as my own Meloetta Adagio Forme.
The reason she's wearing makeup is because in theater and Opera you have to wear a lot of makeup on stage else the lights flush you out.
