Meloetta changes to Adagio Forme by performing Relic Song in a very sorrow filled, slow manner, more like a requiem than a Celtic dance. This is called 'Slow Relic Song'

In Game:
This version is very rare, as it only happens when two of your Pokemon have fallen in battle and your Meloetta has lost half or more of her health. When that happens, perform Relic Song at the right time and it will automatically become Slow Relic Song and change Meloetta from Aria or Pirouette Forme into Adagio Forme. Once in this form, the Pokemon constantly cries and has the same effect on an opponent as the move 'fake tears', even though it's not fake.
Despite her sympathetic appearance, this is one of her most dangerous Formes. She attacks the opponent with devastating poisonous attacks until they faint of she does. She changes back to Aria Forme when either she faints or wins.

In Anime:
Meloetta will change in this form on her own will when she is incredibly sad or upset. She's powerful and poisonous in this Forme, so it is advised to leave her alone when she is this way. She is the most commonly seen in the form around Graveyards, mourning the loss of a friend or a trainer, where she visits their resting place once every year.
If seen, approach with caution but do not attack. She is still a peaceful Pokemon, but she will lash out if you attack her in this form while she is emotionally upset.
Instead, calmly speak to her and if your lucky you might get close enough to calm this gentle Legendary.
The best way to do this is to sing to her. Even if your voice is bad, the thought that you'd try to sing a song to her in this Forme is very comforting to her.

This is the lovely Meloetta from Pokemon. Apparently, she is capable of more than one form singing something called the 'Relic Song'.
Well, now everyone is making their own 'fan formes' of Meloetta, and a lot of them are very lovely. So, I decided to hop on the bandwagon and make my own Forme. Adagio Forme!

Adagio- A tempo having slow movement; restful at ease. Sorrowful.
