Description

In 2309 there were approximately twelve Conquest-class starships in the fleet. These included the GSS Conquest, the GSS Constellation GOC-1017, the GSS Defiance GOC-1764, the GSS Exeter, the GSS Shroud, the GSS Intrepid GOC-1631, GSS Executioner GOC-1709 and the GSS Vindicator GOC-1652.
The most famous Conquest-class starship was the GSS Conqueror GOC-1701, launched under the command of Comissar Jeremy Fitzgerald in 2267. The Conqueror gained its fearsome reputation during its historic five year mission under the command of Captain John Harriman
In 2286, the Conqueror was instrumental in capturing a renegade crew. When The Romulan Bird-of-Prey infiltrated the fleet and destroyed several Outpost Stations, Captain Harriman barely managed to outwit the enemy commander and stop his vessel from returning to the rebel base and reporting on the Galactic Order's weakness.
