This is not a fav of mine, simply because if I favourited all of your things, you might get suspicious....
Regardless, there seems to be something off kilter. The colors are very cool, yet the unbalance of the yellow makes it even cooler. The thing is, I think there are lines missing. Or, too many lines. I don't know.
Still very interesting.

Damn! I think this is your hottest piece yet. The linework is amazing and absolutely perfect, as is the angle. Like you, I love the way the colors play off each other. Not only just the colors, but the 'hot' and 'cold' they imply work beautifully.
Just an overall fantastic piece!

Hey, I know I asked you to do a pinup for the "A to Z of Horror" thing, but have you done much other comic work? Just curious. There's a new publisher called Septagon Studios ([link] ) that would probably like your work a lot. No money up front, but lots of exposure.

unfortunately, while it was my dream to do comic work as a kid, i haven't done any recently. i do have piles of hilariously bad comics i drew in middle school lying around my room though. i just don't think i do the interior of comics.it's a LOT of work, and pretty demanding scheduling etc etc. i'd love to do covers for comics though. i think i'm more suited for single-page illustration. where i only have to do one drawing....

Yep, it IS a lot of work. I have enough trouble doing black and white pages! I can't imagine what it would be like, doing color.
But yeah, I think Nick Defina would be interested in you doing cover work for some comics, if you were interested in it. Just give him an e-mail and see what he has to say if you are.
