Hey shafi! I know I shouldn't be answering this but paint tool sai is not for the tablet. You can get art programs like it though for your tablet. I reccomend Art Rage for you

1. you can find maaany tutorials and speedpaints about working in SAI on internet. There are tutorials about every tool in SAI and also you can find tutorial for certain thing, for example you write "tree sai tutorial" in google and find the best tutorial.
2. i think it's not for tablet, only for PC.
