Pinkie - Derpy (sillyness)
Rarity - Doc (classy and cares for friends more than self)
Applejack - several options here - BonBon, Carrot Top/Golden Harvest, (hard-working earth pony)
Flutter - Octavia (I can explain in more detail why I believe they are closer matched than they seem if you're curious)
Rainbow - Any of the Wonderbolts (Spitfire is closest match though, cocky pegasus with "I can't loose"-attitude)
Spike - Also not sure, since Spike is the only dragon in Ponyville, and regular pets don't work for this position, it would need to be a PONY maybe... a younger colt or filly perhaps, who fills Spike's position as assistant. Snips or Snails? (Already assistant of Trixie)
They'd be under LUNA's direct supervision instead of Celestias.. o3o
