Interesting design and I think it looks fantastic for the most part, although I think the leg armour designs could use some extra love. The front legs could use Β small knee pads (oval ones like on the Brotherhood armour for example) to cover what are currently rather glaring exposed weak points in the armour. You could attach those to the lower greave, so half is affixed to the greave and the top half covers to exposed joint. Another alternative is to bulk up/bring up the front of the lower greave around the knee area, so it covers the joint on the front side. The current pose in the picture has the legs as straight as the joints will allow them to go in that direction, so the above suggestions should not restrict mobility.
The rear legs are the main area that need another look, they're great for the most part, but the thigh/top of the leg could do with a redesign I think. Currently the thigh armour doesn't make a lot of sense from a mobility perspective, at least in my eyes. It looks partially like it's fixed in place on the torso, rather than it's own separate plating which would in reality allow the legs to move. I think this could be resolved by reshaping the top of the thigh/leg joint to enclose the entire thigh/flank, rather than just sort of ending as it does with the current diagonal line. Besides that, I think this design is really neat, loving all the rivets and details, and the blocky shape of the breastplate, really well done, looking forward to seeing the final piece!

Ah, I see what you mean. I looked at your highlights on the linked image and I can see what you're talking about. There are parts where the armor needs to have overlapping sections that jut out and away from the main pieces, so that, during movement and rest, those places are at least partially covered from shrapnel and gunfire.
When designing full armor enclosure suits, it can be tough to figure out what to do about the exposed areas usually resulting from places where joints need to move. But I like your suggestions.
