Well Tech is the OC I use in a Fallout Equestria table top I play via skype. I made a couple cool friends and would talk with one of them whenever I was home. I was playing Wasteland 2 one time and named my characters after FOE characters but I thought Steel Hooves wouldn't really make much sense so I called him Steel Hands, he is without a doubt the worst companion on the team so my buddy and I ended shouting "GOD DAMN IT STEEL HANDS" a lot. So in the table top when Tech reprogrammed a broken down securitron we thought it would be funny to call him steelhands so we'd have someone to blame when things went wrong. Only problem was. He was too good to get mad at XD
