water drop on the wing of a cicada. i had stacks of art glass in the background and moved them around to get different lighting and color. hope you enjoy!

this picture is quite symbolic. my master teacher makes the statement 'go where the gold meets the blue. he is referring to the light scale and frequency. it is part of the reason i use blue and gold together in many of my images.
