It's finally time to begin this series! And the description will be used to explain the choices of this series.

First, the protagonist. One of my favorite cartoons of this kind is Calimero. Calimero is a black chick with an egg shell on the head. It became famous as the mascot of the detergent Ava (and to tell the truth I hate those commercials, since the endings were super sad, luckily after a bit they started to give them happy endings). Its popularity ended up in creating an Italian-Japanese cartoon of his own. I've seen many episodes of it, and I loved it. It was funny and entertaining, the protagonist was charming and it had one of the best openings sang by Cristina D'Avena, Calimero Dance (listen to it, it's beautiful). So I decided to pay an omage to that cartoon that accompanied me during my childhood by making Togepi one of the protagonists. Yeah, it's not exactly like Calimero, but it comes very closely.

As I said the world of this comic will be based on Italy. So we got milk and cereal for breakfast. The cereals are based on Coco Pops. Also, here in Italy students rarely uses the public means for going to school (at least as I witnessed). They exists, yeah, but they are rare and usually used by university students. And they actually use more the train rather than the bus. But kids and all the way to the high school usually are accompanied by parents.
