Description
For Cory's evaluation:- His beard, cut out that black outline in the middle? Use a color for it instead? Tell me what to do with that.
- His hind arm looks funky, what do I do to it?
- Should I have the symbol on his head scalded, glowing, or just the way it is?
LMK yo, I'm gonna AIM you now.

- outline:
the outline there is rigid, something you may want to keep. if you keep it you could try fading it or giving it a mask/change the opacity of the line to make it clear. if you want to keep the line solid, you could just change the whole color of the inner line to orange or a matching color (but apperant - no ninja disapear crap).
but in my opinion i would try taking it out. if you do you may want to try taking out the outer line also. possibly make a new layer and color new fire stuff, this time over the lines a little so that you can still see your lineart, but it shows more chaos and not so "in the lines" (fire is random).
another thing to look at is the mouth. I KNOW what it is, but to another they may not know. there is an xman character named "chamber" his insides were fire or something. the first time he used his power he blew his jaw off - this is what he looks like. my sugestion would be to either have him with an open mouth, or lower the mouth a little or make it bigger. or both.
also i just noticed but his fires' will be conflicting. his arm and beard will conflict with each other. this will become a problem when you color it and it may shot the perspective off. i sugest you keep the lines between this and you may have to put some sort of shadow on the beard fire. im not sure though, just mess around(<-LOL, the anwser to all ps questions) .
-the hand looks messed up because it is messed up. the anatomy is off and the perspective is off. the shadow is also off. you also have a conlflicting line that matches both you hand line and the beard.
how to fix:
the hand has no thumb. it should be there, at the top of his hand which is the left side of the staff. if you already have one there, it is bad and i cant tell. which means others wont be able to, so change it.
fix the anatomy on the arm. it looks just like a pipe... make a division between the forearm and upperarm by adding some musclein the correct spots. if you continue to paint in the curve you have done it will help with the perspective.
im guessin that the darkness is shadow, which means it is in the wrong place. its also in the wrong place on his left arm (one in our face) you could do the whole shadow on the oposite side of his arm, but i would have that and also have a darker hand leaving a reflection on his palm (top of hand should be dark)
but with the hand most of all correct the anatomy. you could just random it on ps with a 2 pix brush or scan in a crve or new hand and just add the lines on.
- the symobl i am unsure about. i guess i would glow it just for fun, but you can have it however you want. maybe you could not have any glow but change the color of the lines to a fire color that u see fits.
and...
i really like the colors and job u did on the clothes and fire, even though the clothes shadows are incorect it alsmost looks like its dirty and mroe ruggid/rigid. i might add more of a reflection from the fire on the corerct parts of the dress, but w/e
the arm colors i dont really like. and i would have chose a darker skintone....and not just because i dont like them whites. also please compare the tones on the arm and on the head, fix that a bit more, so they seem the same.
and remember that fire produces firecolred light, not just white light.
gl and dont dissmiss to much or get lazy. this is better than ure other 2 pieces by a long shot. mainly because of the pose+ expression, but the cooler and better color job helps a bit.
